Processing & Shipping
While we're dedicated to making every effort to meet the indicated delivery times, it's essential to recognize that there can be factors beyond our control. Please rest assured that we're fully committed to ensuring your order reaches you as swiftly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want your shopping experience to be smooth and enjoyable.
All orders with clothing & accessories garments have on average take 5-7 business days to dispatch as they are hand printed to order, some items may take longer, however we say allow up to 14 business days before contacting us.
Orders will take 1-3 business days to arrive on average once processed & dispatched. Please see our shipping policy for more info.
Currently, we only ship to the UK.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 & Tracked 48 services.
All orders have tracking and a final destination GPS location.
In most cases, it will be taken to a delivery depot where you can collect or reschedule delivery. If the item is returned to us, we will require you to repay for delivery charges, as we cannot recover the original fees from the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Items are returnable at the customer's expense, and are subject to a 10% restocking fee and will be inspected on return. However, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect purchases.
Non-sealed items are non-returnable; this includes all singles and graded cards.
Pre-orders are non-refundable.
For clothing products, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your product is eligible, we have a fourteen (14) day return policy, which means you have fourteen (14) days after receiving your item to request a return. This includes non-business days.
Pre-orders are non-refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@caffeineandcollectables.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your order hasn't been processed yet, reach out to us. Once processed sadly, we cannot cancel the order. Cancellations will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
