While we're dedicated to making every effort to meet the indicated delivery times, it's essential to recognize that there can be factors beyond our control. Please rest assured that we're fully committed to ensuring your order reaches you as swiftly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want your shopping experience to be smooth and enjoyable.

Days listed are in Business Days. Dropped Collectables does not ship or conduct online business during weekends. Actual delivery time frames may vary due to weather, service delays, holidays etc.

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment, but are subject to a 10% cancellation fee*.
Returned products are subject to a 10% restock fee* if the product's reason for return doesn't fall within our acceptable reason guidelines.
*These fees covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Sealed collectibles (including blind boxes, trading card packs, and other sealed products) are not eligible for return once opened, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

This includes security-sealed single cards, which cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, except where required under consumer law.

Sealed products are sold as collectibles and may show signs of handling, storage, or transit, including minor wear to outer packaging or seals. We do not guarantee mint or pristine outer packaging unless explicitly stated in the product description.

Outer packaging condition does not constitute a defect where the contents remain sealed and intact as described. Any significant damage affecting the nature or value of the item will be clearly noted in the product listing.

Card condition is assessed according to our internal grading standards. While reasonable differences in opinion may occur, all items are described accurately and in good faith.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Tracked 48 delivery is within 2-4 working days. Delivery is Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed on a public holiday may be packed but will not be collected by Royal Mail until the next working day.

All clothing items & accessories are hand-printed to order, so please allow up to 14 days before contacting.

Only complete orders will be shipped, we do not ship orders in two parts, please bare this in mind when purchasing any pre-order items.

Shipping Information

All shipping times are estimates from the Royal Mail website. Shipping time starts once the order is processed and dispatched. All orders will be tracked and have gps location on delivery.

Not all services are available for each product type, and all delivery time frames are estimates. Actual delivery time frames may vary due to weather, service delays, holidays, etc. International orders may be subject to customs charges and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Information

A refund will be sent back to the original form of payment for eligible orders only.

Single cards are non-returnable, this is sadly due to card swapping and any damage that can occur within your procession.

We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, this is sadly due to small margins and bots we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse.

Any fake items that have been swapped to try and return will be destroyed upon return, and no refund will be given.

We understand customers have sealed collections, but we do not offer any refunds or returns for items with damaged exterior packaging, as this is designed to protect the items inside. Any items returned with broken seals will be refused a refund.

Clothing items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. We do not accept worn, washed merchandise or any merchandise without tags still attached. Any items suspected of being previously used, opened, or tampered with will be rejected for return, and the customer will be liable for repeat postage.

Postage Costs

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless Caffeine & Collectables was at fault for any reason. If the fault was ours, your shipping expense will be refunded to you.

Caffeine & Collectables will only reimburse standard shipping expenses. Expedited or Express services will not be reimbursed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do not remove the packaging or tags until you have inspected the items, as this will void the return period.

The exterior box is to protect the internal items and not considered as damaged, so non eligible for a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All sale items are final and are ineligible for return or exchange.

All card singles, graded cards and opened items are ineligible for return or exchange.

All art prints, canvases & metal posters are ineligible for return as every case is personalized just for your home, except under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged goods from shipping
  • Misprinted Goods
  • Defective Goods

All phone cases are ineligible for return as every case is personalized just for your phone, except under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged goods from shipping
  • Misprinted Goods
  • Defective Goods

All drinkware are ineligible for return due to hygiene reasons, except under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged goods from shipping
  • Misprinted Goods
  • Defective Goods

Start Return Process

If you believe your item falls under one of the above reasons please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item. This includes non-working days.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@dropped.gg.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Approved Returns

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
